In partnership with Playparc, one of Germany's largest playground manufacturers, the world's largest community on the topic of playgrounds is being created on the Spotic platform. A win-win-win situation: parents can find the right playground for their children, as the playgrounds can be found thematically (water, pirates, adventure, ...), individual playground equipment is marked and the community is also available when traveling. Public agencies, cities and private operators receive a basis for planning. Playground equipment manufacturers, especially community partners, receive valuable data about location, condition, equipment, manufacturers and about the use and attractiveness of the playgrounds - worldwide. White spot analysis and optimization of sales territories, maintenance, manufacturing and supply chains are made possible.

Art and culture are external to people. We often experience that offerings are only accessible to a few people. This can have many reasons. Together with a very innovative company in the art market, smart-collectors, we have developed a use case to make art and culture accessible, transparent and experienceable for everyone who is interested. Essential places, also in public space (without opening hours, own address) become visible effectively and efficiently. Galleries, museums and especially the artists and newcomers themselves are presented and convey a special openness. People interested in art are explicitly invited to experience the offers, even without primary interest in buying. Through co-creation, the community grows and receives valuable local information. A feel like home feeling is conveyed through extensive white labeling and a focus on specific topics. Secondarily, the community is monetized via call-to-actions to the online store of smart-collectors (social selling).

Transparency and reach are indispensable in promoting specific topics. Using the example of rugby and cricket, we have developed a use case together with Macesport from the UK to promote women's sports. In a community, clubs, associations and playing fields with offers for women are made visible. Through co-creation, women can make other women aware of additional offerings. People feel comfortable in the community because it conveys trust and expertise through white-labeling and focusing on the one topic.

In the worldwide community for the sport of calisthenics (outdoor fitness), people interested in sports meet and search for the best training location for them. Today, the community is the reference directory of outdoor fitness facilities on the Internet. A third of the members add to the information (co-creation), thus enabling the network effect of a self-growing community. Particularly committed athletes appoint themselves as local guides for a region and serve as contact persons for beginners. They publish training dates for their groups and comment on the condition, access and other information about sports facilities that only someone who is on site can know. This use case can be described as social innovation. Through the community, people who share a common interest connect globally and regionally/locally. They exchange information in the digital world in order to meet in the real world. For brands, this use case is particularly interesting because here a cohort can be reached organically and sustainably and the community on the Internet generates a reach that can generate enormous displacement effects with a location-based theme.

Companies often have a large number of different contact points with their customers along the value chain: company website, online store, mobile apps, hotline, social networks, or contact at the POS, treatment room, or field service. We have developed a use case that establishes a community as a continuous companion throughout the customer process.
